BEEF are Staff on Vocals, Ed on Guitar/Vocals, Alan on Bass/Vocals and Pete on Drums/Vocals and we do 4 part harmony.
Our ethos is to take classic tunes from all genres and Beef them up in our own style.
The current set includes classics like Bohemian Rhapsody and Mr Blue Sky contrasting with punk legends like Jilted John.
We are as happy to rock out on Highways Star as we are to create sweet harmonies on Sea Horses, funk up on Brickhouse or tell a musical story with Tenacious D.
Our only consideration is that we love the songs we play and we do, lol.
Staff has a great voice and is very engaging with the crowd. He is quite theatrical, hence the Beef Aprons and has ideas to add more props and scenarios to the act as we progress.
Ed has 35 years experience in Club Bands and also writes songs, one of which is currently number 1 it the N1M music Chart.
Alan and Pete have also been in some great bands over the years and in fact Pete was in Bon Jordi who also did unique versions of their songs.
All songs can be considered, as long as we can Beef them up and make them sound great!
